Shepherd Hotel at Clemson

Owners project manager responsible to manage the scope, schedule and budget. Direct the design team, FF&E procurement, contractor submittals and change order requests. Prepare monthly project cost reports including GC pay application, design and consultant invoices and FF&E and OS&E invoices and estimate of finial cost to complete. Services included site visits and reporting and coordinating owner provided work (kitchen equipment, owner added scope, etc.).
