One Day Evaluation - We have the knowledge and the experience to tour a facility, interview the staff, follow up with key maintenance contractors and prepare a thorough CAPEX evaluation. Our one page executive summary report gives a potential buyer a quick look at the key issues of the property. This report is accompanied with relevant photos and a five year CAPEX budget.
Due Diligence Evaluation – Once a buyer has had his offer accepted, we will lead and manage a thorough due diligence of the property including third party reports on environmental issues, the building envelope, use and zoning, structural, and architectural. PEBL self performs evaluations on FF&E, OS&E and IT issues.
